SELECTION PROCESS

The Selection Process

4 steps. Transparent and human — just as we'd want it done to us.

01
~3 min

Submit Application

Interest Form

A short and simple first step. We only ask for basic details — name, role, company, years of experience, and reserve status. We do not require a Use Case at this stage — the first screening is based on potential and meeting the criteria. Not on the quality of a first interview.

  • Fill out the form — takes about 3 minutes
  • Receive an automatic confirmation email immediately after submission
  • No need to prepare special materials in advance
02
Up to 5 days

Screening

Criteria Check

Our team reviews all details and checks compliance with the admission criteria. Not an automated scanner — human screening that searches for potential. Candidates who pass the stage receive a scheduling invitation. Those who don't receive an email with a clear explanation.

  • Checks: experience, role, employment, eligibility requirements
  • Those who pass receive an interview invitation within 5 business days
  • Those who don't pass receive a clarifying email
03
30 min

Personal Debrief

Personal Interview

A Zoom call of about 30 minutes with one of the team members. This is not a classic job interview — this is a real conversation. We want to get to know you, understand your organizational context, and make sure the program is suitable for you — just as we want you to make sure the program is right for you.

  • Professional depth — what you've done, what you're looking for
  • Personal commitment — understanding requirements, time availability, employer support
  • Leadership potential — are you "all in" or just "passing through"
  • Initial direction for the Use Case — doesn't need to be defined, just indicated
04
Letter + Onboarding

Clearance Granted — Welcome to the Unit

Official Acceptance

After acceptance — the onboarding process begins that briefs you before the first meeting. No need to prepare anything — arriving with a Use Case from your organization, knowledge of the group, and clear expectations from both sides.

  • Official acceptance letter + full expectations document
  • Group onboarding meeting with all cohort members
  • Personal Use Case development begins with mentor support
  • Access to the learning platform and all development tools
  • Entry into the cohort's WhatsApp group
AFTER ACCEPTANCE

What Happens Next

From your acceptance letter to Demo Day — here's the roadmap.

Week 0 — Before opening

Onboarding + Orientation

Group orientation meeting, setting expectations, platform access for everyone. Your personal mentor briefs you and begins the Use Case definition process.

Weeks 1–6 — Throughout the course

MVP Build + Joint Mentoring

12 sessions, the hackathon in week 7, and 7 meetings. Everything learned — applied directly on your real project. Accompanied at every step by your personal mentor.

Final Week — Level 12

Demo Day + Alumni

Presenting the MVP in front of managers and investors, receiving a certificate, and entering the alumni network. The end — is just the beginning.

HOW IT WORKS

Three Parallel Practice Levels

Throughout the program, three project tracks run simultaneously — each building on the last, from instructor demo to your own production deployment.

L1
Demo Project

Demonstrated Rolling Project

An AI project that the instructor demonstrates and expands throughout the course. Shows how each topic is added on top of the previous one — from the LLM engine to a full system.

L2
Class Project

Shared Rolling Project

A project that the entire group works on together in class — on real data. Enables true peer learning: Dev + QA + Product working together on the same problem.

L3
BYOUC Project

Personal Project — Starts After the Hackathon

Your real project from your organization. Starts after the hackathon (session 9), after the necessary tools have been acquired. Accompanied by weekly personal mentoring.

01
Level 01 — How AI actually works
Why AI responds the way it does — the mechanism, not the magic
The matrix teardown
Theory

Not "how to use ChatGPT". We learn the underlying mechanism — Transformer architecture, Attention, why the model "chooses" a word, how this understanding lets us write better prompts and build systems differently.

Context WindowToken PredictionAttention MechanismTransformer ArchitectureSOTA ModelsTemperature & SamplingLLM vs Search engines
// Takeaway: Deep understanding of "the hiccup" — what the model knows, what it doesn't, and why it makes mistakes.
02
Level 02 — Engineering, not magic
Prompts are a measuring tool — they give feedback, return, and improve
Prompt Engineering
Practice

A prompt is not a "magic spell" — it's engineering. The output is not an artistic result but a functional output that measures, returns, and improves. We learn to work in a double loop: test, validate, iterate, ship to others.

// Takeaway: A personal prompt library you can use every morning.
03
Level 03 — You are the tech lead
You are the AI's Tech Lead — it is your agent
AI Agents
Practice

The user is a "tool-using manager" — an agent's development manager. We learn to navigate decisions, manage tasks, and coordinate agent architectures. Responsibility for the outcome always lies with the human — never with the model.

Level 04 — War on silent bugs
War on bugs — building QA systems for AI
Evaluation & QA
Practice

AI code that looks like it works might silently not get to production. Time wasted debugging won't go toward fixing real problems. We learn to build QA systems so the output is trustworthy — before it ever goes out.

Level 05 — Define your challenge
Personal Use Case, Baseline, KPIs — and organizational work environment
BYOUC Deep Dive
Workshop

A practical workshop where each participant presents their organizational challenge — receiving feedback from the group and mentors. Everyone can do real Case Study Swapping — a FinTech company can learn from a Pharma company and vice versa.

Level 06 — Production-grade tools
Advanced Stack — LangChain, AutoGen, RAG, and organizational integration
Advanced Stack
Practice

What is SOTA and what is already Legacy. We learn all the tools that allow building AI systems connected to the organizational environment. Not demo toys, not internal APIs, not gimmicks — tools that actually work in production.

Levels 07–08 — Commando operation
Hackathon — 48 hours, real teams, Peer Learning in real action
Intensive — cross-org
Hackathon

The core where everything converges. Teams mix cross-functionally — Dev with QA, DevOps with Product — as a unique unit solving everything together. Goal: solve a real organizational or industry challenge with AI in 48 hours. You get decisions under pressure — exactly like in real life.

09
Level 09 — BYOUC Build Begins
Building your personal MVP — first technical design and initial development
MVP Sprint I
Practice

The real personal project begins. A Mentor Loop kicks in — the personal mentor enters, updated, engaged, and guiding. Peer Code Review with group members. Subject Matter Experts: if there's a QA person in the room, they mentor the group on testing.

MVP Sprint II

Each participant presents the current state of their project to the group before receiving weighted feedback. Swapping: company A presents their challenge, company B offers a different angle and solution. The flip is meant for learning, not judgment.

11
Level 11 — From tech to business
From technologist to manager — business language, ROI, presenting to leadership
Change Agent
Workshop

The technical project is not enough — you need to translate results into business language. We learn to translate technological outputs into ROI that can be presented to a VP or CFO. This session turns the technologist into a Change Agent — learning to manage organizational change, cope with resistance, adapt to internal dynamics, and drive internal adoption.

Demo Day
Milestone

Each participant presents their project live before managers, investors, and industry professionals. The showcase is live — not a recording. The system runs live (or in preview). After Demo Day — official entry to the Alumni community for graduates of the program.

COMMUNITY

6 Community Circles

Diversity is the Weapon

Six structural mechanisms that turn a cohort of individuals into a force-multiplying community.

01 // Mechanism

Hybrid Work Teams

Dev with Product, QA with DevOps. The developer builds the Agent — and the QA person challenges and develops the testing array. Learning in real-time the entire lifecycle of an AI product.

02 // Mechanism

Case Study Swapping

Student from Organization A presents an organizational problem — students from B and C offer solutions from their perspective. Fintech teaches Retail, Security teaches Finance.

03 // Mechanism

Subject Matter Experts

Identifying the strengths in the room. The QA person is the mentor for model testing. The Backend Developer is the mentor for API integrations. Students become a source of knowledge.

04 // Mechanism

Community Patterns Library

A Wiki / shared code repository where graduates share "Success Patterns": How we solved a latency problem, a prompt that worked for contract analysis, and more. A living asset that grows with the community.

05 // Mechanism

Alumni Leadership Forum

After the course — quarterly meetings to discuss organizational barriers: politics, budgets, employee resistance. "Soft" tools for leading change that developers internalize.

06 // Mechanism

Cross-Organizational Hackathon

48 hours. Completely mixed teams. Goal: to solve a social or industrial problem using AI. Creating deep personal connections that go beyond the narrow professional context.
